Quotations and enquiries

Prices, availability and lead times can only be confirmed in a written quotation issued after a site visit. Any quotation is valid for the period stated in it. Where work uncovers a fault that could not reasonably have been seen at the survey, for example damaged timber found beneath a covering, we will inform you and agree any variation with you before proceeding.
